The best website for weight loss, in my opinion, is www.sparkpeople.com It’s totally free and it has great information and tools! One thing that is motivating me right now is getting to buy new clothes and I have been browsing the internet for tons of new clothes that I want when I reach my goal weight! One of my favorite stores to shop at is Maurices. They have some cute clothing and they carry larger sizes, too. I didn’t work out today but I have exercised everyday since Saturday plus I walk to work and back because my vehicle is broke down.

I am a 38 year old from a small town in Kansas. I am not married but I have a fiance. I have 4 children, ages 3, 5, 10 and 19, 3 boys and a girl. I am a cosmetologist and a Certified Nurse Aide and I do both at the same nursing home. I live a pretty simple life…I go to work, I go to the gym and I come home. That’s about all.
Some of my favorite activities include fishing, camping, walking/running, listening to music, reading, horseback riding, and swimming. There are other things, those are just a few.
I am ready to step outside my comfort zone that I’ve lived in all of my life and feel alive! I have so many dreams and goals and I want to achieve just one of them before I die. I want to face and conquer my fears and anxieties. Right now, I am trying to get fit and healthy and one of my goals after I get to that point, is to enter a fitness competition. Not to win it, just to DO IT! It’s something that I would never do and I am ready to stop being so scared of life and just do what I want to do! So here I go…
